If you are getting an error about a map missing when connecting to the server means that either there was an error downloading it or you have a workshop map or downloaded the map that is with the same name as we have but yours is different.
What to do :

1. Try to re-connect to make sure it wasn't just a fluke error
2. Unsubscribe from the map in Garry's mod workshop, restart the game, reconnect.
3. Go to your Garry's mod maps folder (In steam library right click on Garry's mod > Manage > Browse local files. Then go into garrysmod folder and then select the maps folder. Delete the map in question, restart the game, reconnect.
4. Launch Garry's mod and open the console. Paste this in console "menu_cleanupgmas".
5. If nothing of this has worked and you still have issues with maps, post your issue in #Gmod-support in our discord.

If you have encountered a player that is cheating or doing anything that is against the server rules you can report it in discord Gmod server category - #gmod-support or in our website support category. Please provide as much details as possible like the players steamid, name, time, and evidence of the situation.
